Why don’t Pearls & Lace products come in colors or tints?

Pearls & Lace candles are not colored to keep the integrity of the proprietary blend of soy and other natural waxes. As we have not found an all-natural dye available, at this time. Our products contain only soy wax, and other natural wax, fragrance oils and essential oils. They do not contain additives such as UV inhibitors, preservative, or color dyes. Our products are free of color dyes; some essential oils or fragrance oils may cause slight color variations.

What Are The Best Selling Fragrances?

Apple & Oak, Plum Sandalwood, and Sweet Dream are customer favorites all year round.

Can I Send My Candle As A Gift?

Absolutely! Just leave us note at checkout with recipients information and we will take care of the rest.

Why did my candle tunnel?

Candles have memory so the first burn needs to be at least 3-4 hours depending on the size or the candle.

Is there Sales Tax On My Order?

 Ohio is subject to 7.25% sales tax.

What if I, receive a damaged product?


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please note that all sales are final and are not subject to any refunds. At Pearls & Lace, we hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you receive damaged or unusable products please contact us at info@pearlsandlacecandleboutique.com Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00p.m. EST. Please include the fragrance you purchased, a picture of the damaged candles/product. We will email you a damaged claim for to complete and fax back to us.


CANCELLATIONS

Because our products are hand poured, order cancellations can only occur within 24 hours of purchase, and MUST accompany an email to info@pearlsandlacecandleboutique.com to process.

OUR PROCESSING & SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 48-72 hours to process your order. Delivery of your in-stock items can take 7 to 14 business days, depending on the destination and shipping method. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays, within the United States. Items not currently in-stock will ship when they become available.
