I wanted to write a relaxation guide because many people today are on overload. With work, school, business and every day life we can get overwhelmed. Life has a way of sending us little signals in the form of stress and depression that it is time to take a break. The benefits of relaxing not only help our mental health, but our physical health as well. All it takes is a few moments out of each day to see the benefits and increase in your overall wellbeing.
